The Man Who Wrote The Book On Fine Colored Gemstones:

Called "one of the world's leading gemologists" by Gemkey Magazine, GIA trained Graduate Gemologist Richard W. Wise literally wrote the book on connoisseurship in colored gemstones.  A former Gemology Columnist for National Jeweler and Contributing Editor with Gemkey Magazine and Gem Market News, he is the author of Secrets Of The Gem Trade, the critically acclaimed Connoisseur's Guide To Precious Gemstones. Mr. Wise has travelled the world for the past thirty years in search of the very finest gemstones.  R. W. Wise has an exceptional collection of natural Ruby, sapphire, alexandrite, garnet and tourmaline, we maintain the largest in depth inventory of color in the northeast.   

Gallery of Antique, Estate & Contemporary Jewelry

Our gallery specializes in contemporary, antique and estate jewelry.  We represent international designers such as Stephen Webster, Zoltan David, Michael Zobel and Alex Sepkus.  We are Lenox Jewelers located in, America's premier cultural resort in the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts.  Lenox is the home of the Tanglewood Music Festival and the summer home of The Boston Symphony Orchestra.
